Giant Bicycles.

Cannondale

Zephyr Cycling Team Web Site Here's the link to our local race team. Stop by and see what is going on with local rides or just post a message on their bulletin board.

www.SheldonBrown.com   This is a great resource site. Technical information mixed with plain common sense. Check out the link to Keith Bontrager "myth of the K.O.P.S." article. We think it's the best explanation of fit to come along in a while.

www.ParkTool.com   Check out the "Repair Help" section for a great on-line repair manual.

www.Foodtv.com  Looking for something to eat. We love our food here at Bike Express, feel free to stop by and discuss any and all culinary matters. Also a quick plug for our friends at Blue Ribbon Restaurants in NY. (simply the best)

NYVelocity.

BikeSnobNYC   Because he's just so damm funny. (and anonymous.)

http://www.Rigoniusa.com Wholesaler of fine Italian Organic products. Rigoni has at least seven types of Honey, Coffee, Biscotti and Fior Di Frutta organic jams.  Rigoni Usa has been supporting cycling in this area by supporting a host of local teams. Many of their products can be found at local super markets, like Bethel Food Mart. You can also ask us we always have a few samples around.

Hat City Cyclist Our local non-racing group. Really a great group of bicyle loving people. I have to say that we've really enjoyed getting to know these folks over the years. Look them up if your in the mood for fun ride.***(Web site temporarily out of service 6/30/2006)

Bike Registration On-line Looking to register for that next race, Looking for race schedule, this site handles most of the local registration for cycling events. Get out your credit card and get in the race.

Mad Dog Media   Mr. O'Grady writes for many of the magazines you know. If you like his somewhat controversial style and in your face attitude, draw a cup of you favorite brew and check out his latest works.

Park Tool  Park manufactures most of the tools that we use here at the shop. However if you ever get stuck check out the "repair help" page, there you can fid details and pictures for most of your standard bicycle repairs.

Transportation Alternatives, NYC. Really good folks.

Gorilla Coffee    Brooklyn Roasted, if you like Peet's you'll love Gorilla.

Peet's Coffee & Tea  Peets.....Simply the best.  Let us know, we order frequently and it's always good to split the shipping.

If your in NYC and just don't know where to go, head to "The Ribbon".  Start with a large plate of Oysters or anything from the raw bar.  If there is a daily special get that too.  The menu is littered with the Bromberg's personal favorites, Poo Poo Plater, sweetbreads, Pigeon, catfish, Lobster, Clam stew, and the list goes on. Best of all they serve till 4:00am. so there's never a reason not to go.  Check out the website, five restaurants in all and catering too. Guaranteed not to be a disappointing meal. (and they're darn nice guys too.)

Ancona's Wines&Liquors.  If you want that little something to keep the cycling spirit alive, may I suggest a quick visit to these guys. Belgian Ales, wines and other vintage items. Sure there are super warehouse but if you want to speak with someone who knows and can help you make a knowledgeable decision then this is the place to go. I suggest the Golden Monkey, or the Dog Fish Worldwide Stout but there's plenty more to choose from.

Ovens of France    A bakery owned and run by a French guy. So French we just call him "the Frenchman". I personally find it amazing what one can make with butter, flour and sugar. Throw in some chocolate and you've got your four basic food groups of French baking. Really, the place is the best. The crossaints are some of the best. He makes a very unique bread pudding, if you not a fan of the dry rustic style, try this one. Great cheeses as well. If you in Woodbury, your taste buds will be happy you stopped by. Bring your bike, since after you try one of everything you may need to pedal away your guilt.

AccuJazz  Tired of the same old stuff.   Lots of great artists, if you can stream it through the computer it makes for great commercial-free listening.

Firefox.com  If your the anti-establishment type or just want an alternative to Microsoft IE. Firefox works well and doesn't seem to hide cookies and active-x stuff all over your machine.
